ナイトホークさんの時間停止シリーズ二作目。
キモイ系の主人国が図書館にいる、親子連れや勉強している女の子にイタヅラする。
通常のアニメだけでなく局部アップアニメがついて、一作目よりもエロさが増している。
動きは一作目と同じように必要最低限のループだが、ぷにぷにしたロリっ子が可愛い。
ラストにちょっとしたオチがついているのも良かった。
サクッと出来るボリュームなのも手軽でいい。
