シリーズの3作目ですが、話は繋がってないのでどの作品から読んでも問題ないです。

闇闘技場で八百長試合をしていた主人公が、闘士のグラムと地上に行くことに決めて、最後の試合で育ての親に裏切られた結果、モンスターに犯されたり、お客さんに輪姦されたりします。
最後の方にモルボルによる触手・産卵プレイが少しあります。
タイトルに恥じない、見事にバッドエンドだと思うので、バッドエンド好きな方は読んで後悔しないんじゃないかなと思います。
