ありとあらゆる鬼畜な内容の詰まった作品です。
改造描写などはありませんが、四肢切断、乳房切除、そしてスカトロ描写などがあります。なかなかお目にかかれない、乳房を捻り切るシーンもあります。
一応男の主人公がおり、その主人公の目線でストーリーがすすんでいきます。
少女は生贄になるため努力し、そして生贄となったあとは、お国の軍の慰安婦として連れて行かれ…。のように、ストーリーもかなり救いようのない内容となっています。
