入院前の話が書かれていないので、まずは作品内容の説明(DLsiteさん販売ページの作品内容欄です。)を読んでからマンガを読んだほうがいいです。
弟と姉のエッチシーンはタイトルどおり、ドキドキ感の高いものに仕上がっていて、徐々に弟に惹かれていく姉の心情を表した文章も可愛くて見所です。
あとがきには人物紹介があり、さらに作品内に書かれていない設定や出来事が書かれていて、それを踏まえてもう一度読むとさらに面白くなりますよ。
