タイトルどおり、孕ませをテーマにしているようで中出しシーンが多め。
寝取り男の無遠慮・無鉄砲な命令に必死に耐えるヒロインが徐々に感じていく表情がたまりません。
新たな登場人物として管理人が加わり、ストーリーの背徳感もアップ。
特に今回は自分から孕ませてほしいというセリフも出てきて、「寝取られ」感が盛り上がっていますよ。
