サークルWHITE ELEPHANTの「触手姦乱」シリーズなどに参加したこともあるkou(光)氏の作品集。「触手絢爛」というタイトルではあるが、触手一辺倒というわけではなく、人間による輪姦も多い。
陵辱の犠牲になるのはセーラー服の剣士やビキニ鎧の戦士など。かよわいヒロインは一人もいないので、「正義のヒロインが敵に敗れて陵辱される」というシチュエーションが好きな人にお勧め。また、ポニテ率が非常に高く、10本の収録作のうち、6本の作品にポニーテールのヒロインが出てくる。
