上巻は普通(?)の人妻監禁凌辱調教物語だったが、この下巻ではヒロインが「あらゆる痛みを快楽に変え どんな傷でもたちどころに再生してしまう魔法の薬」を注射されてしまうため、かなり常軌を逸した責めが出てくる(舌を噛みちぎられたりとか……)。
終盤は、疾走する電車の上でオヤジたちが格闘戦を繰り広げるという熱い展開になってエロ要素が薄くなってしまうが、巻末に収録された外伝がそれを補ってくれるので問題はない。外伝でヒロインに加えられる責め苦も本編に負けないほど過激なものなので、心臓の弱い方は要注意。
