「死」に体当たりした大作です。病弱な妹をもつ青年の話なのですが、それだけにとどまらず、彼の幼年時代における「加奈」の存在、成長してからの夕美とのつき合い、彼の現在の家庭と、丁寧に描かれています。腎臓を患う妹がいる特異な状況は、本作をプレイすればすぐに、「加奈」のいない生活などありえないとなることでしょう。
