いいところの御曹司が、いろんな女の子から誘惑される。看護婦さんやら、女医やら、幼馴染みやら、入院患者やら、バリエーションがある。
骨折で身動きが取れないところへ、女の子が積極的に迫ってくる受けゲーなのだが、「ガマン」を要し、また「ガマン」しすぎてもダメという遊べる工夫もある。
