これも綾波妊娠・出産ネタですが、何故か意識を持ったまま産まれたシンジが「母」である綾波の乳を飲みながら、「自分の産まれてきた場所」に肉棒を入れて精を放ち、そして孕ませる…と言うある意味シュールなストーリーが展開されていきます…

しかし、ローアングルでの出産シーンなど、妊娠・出産ネタの多いこのサークルらしく結構ツボの突いたGCが結構あったので良かった。

あと、巨乳分を補完した差分CGにもハァハァ…
