CLOCK UP原作の同作品のアニメ化第一回目。
　原作は残念ながらやっていないのですが、とりあえず今回は雪菜と瀬理香が暁雄(というよりカンノーネ)のターゲットとなります。
　絵については表紙の絵とあまり似ていないような気もするのですが、まあまあ水準はいっているかと思います。最近のMilky作品(「めがちゅ!」あたり)にくらべるとモザイクが少々大きいような気がしますが、昔の作品ですし、やむなしともいえます。
　学園もので触手ものをお探しならば、これもいいんじゃないでしょうか。
