獣姦ものは結構ありますが、馬の膣と子宮を移植されて仔馬を出産、というのはなかなか無いと思います。
後半のお嬢様が潜り込んでいくシーンは圧巻です。
意外な見所としては、お嬢様が可愛いところでしょうか。

個人的には、お嬢様を出産するシーンが欲しかったです。もっと色々なプレイができそう、続編を望む作品です。
