漫画ではあるがストーリーは無く、プレイ描写のみ。
タイトルどおりにコスプレがテーマになっており、様々な衣装のキャラクターを楽しむことが出来る。ただし1コマごとに早着替えをしてしまうので、衣装を活かした濃厚なプレイは期待しないほうが良い。

コスプレ以外の内容は普通の着衣レズプレイで、割とあっさり風味。
もう少しボリュームが欲しかったようにも思えるが、値段を考えれば妥当なところかもしれない。
