「特務捜査官レイ&風子〜受精街の家畜調教〜」のアニメシリーズ第二作目。
原作には無いオリジナル要素があったり、原作にあるシチュがストーリー上前後していたりするが、ほぼ原作を踏襲しているので原作ファン楽しめると思う。
このお値段で、これだけのアニメが楽しめるのは凄い。
絵柄とシチュが気に入った方なら。
