サークル「12CUT」の学怪CG集シリーズ第四弾にあたる作品。
今回から原作のアニメの主人公である少女も加わっています。

二人の少女が12のシチュエーションで妖怪やらと性的な行為を
する場面を描いたCG集。満足度の高いCGが大量にありながら、
価格は今まで同様にお買い得。ただ、今回も全面swf方式
であり、やはり操作面などに難があるかと思われます。
