と言う具合に主人公が犯されます。
すぐに主人公が女医にメロメロになってしまうのであまり無理やり感はありません。
むしろ最後に知り合いをとっ捕まえて無理やり犯す側になります。

男は一切出てきませんのでふたなり同士のHや女の子がふたなりに犯されるのが好きな人が買いましょう。値段に見合ったボリュームはあるのでこういったシチュエーションが好きなら損はないと思います。
