催眠パート・本編・催眠解除とトラックが分かれていますので、
本編だけを聞きたいと言う人も安心です。
本来ならば催眠パートを聞いて、気持ちを高めてからの方が良いのかもしれませんが、
時間がないと言うときを考えると、こういう細かいトラック分けはありがたいです。

優しい声で「自分でする」指示をされ、
その声が妙に安心でき、声のとおりに従ってしまいます。
ラスト近辺では過激な言葉が出て、
優しい声とのギャップに驚いたりしますが、
やはりどこか安らぎを感じさせる様に感じられます。

聞き手によって「お姉さん」「少女」ともとれるので、
様々な印象があると思います。
