もう後がない浪人生活を送る主人公が下宿するアパートで管理人として再会した初恋の女性と隣に住む人妻の色気に惑わされるというもので甘くて危険な香り漂う雰囲気があり、興奮を高めてくれる。
どちらかというと受けが多めなのと巨乳を生かしたパイズリとか期待を裏切らない濃厚なHシーンが展開されるので絵に興味を持って買っただけでも十分満足できると思う。
