実姉は主人公のことを男や恋愛対象としてみることのない常識人なので、実姉とのSEXにおいては「姉と弟でSEXなんて許されない」「弟の精子がなかに…」などの近親相姦の背徳感や反社会的な意識を感じることができます。その反面、実妹は主人公を愛している〜という意志を全開でアピールするのでは近親相姦に伴う背徳感や禁忌はやや薄いです。　近親相姦の反社会性とは切り離せない「妊娠」についても、近親相姦に当初抵抗を示していた実姉が妊娠することではっきり描かれています。
