いよいよ完結編ということで、シリーズの中で最も内容が濃いです。
個人的に好きなシーンは乳首に糸を結ばれて引っ張られるシーンです。
ストーリーは、ついに男の子に戻ってしまう夏樹、しかし逆に女の子になってしまう幼馴染の薫が続編を予感させます。
声は紅月ことねさんです
