前作DEAD SONGと同じ舞台です。ただ今作は前作のパラレルワールド的な設定になっており、前作とは若干ストーリーが異なります。
内容は、触手陵辱系ですが、最後の方に猟奇的な表現が出てきますので、そういうのが苦手な方は注意した方が良いかも知れません。
