弟を可愛がる年上姉が相手ですが、
必ずしもリードされるわけではなく
主人公が強引なことをやる場合もあります。

実は血がつながっていなかった、という展開は一切なく、
実姉のストーリーで、お互いにハマっていってしまうような流れです。

絵も良くてシーン数も多く、良質です。
ただ、シナリオの性質上、インモラルな流れや倒錯エンディングがあるため、
それだけはちょっと耐性がある必要があると思います。
マルチエンディングです。
