前作に当たる「罪と罰〜前編」が美○ちゃんが寝取り男の「鳥根野」のデカチンとテクに全身を溶かされて堕ちていくまでを描いたものとすれば、この「後編」は堕ちた後の全力セックスを描いたものに当たります。
堕ち切った美○ちゃんが欲望全開で鳥根野のチ○ポにねっとりとむしゃぶりつき、自分からおねだりまでしてヨガり狂う様子は、「前編」に勝るとも劣らない破壊力で読者の股間を直撃してきます。
