書いてあるとおり直接的なH描写はなく、終始羞恥系の責めが続きます。
とはいえ言葉攻めや劣等感を容赦無く攻める描写の数々はなかなか興奮するもので、中身が変わってること(=女子のふりをしている男子、しかも高校生)というのも背徳感を加速させる要員になっています。

中身が入れ替わったことで立場も逆転し、次第に(兄のフリした)妹が(妹のふりをした)兄のことを実の妹のように扱ったり、実際に女装している兄も言い返せずに受け入れていくさまは実に興奮します。
