タイトル通り、主人公の彼女と妹が寝取られてしまう話しです。
寝取られですので救いは一切ありません。それ故に主人公と彼女の恋人の甘々回想シーンは存在しません。
妹は既に犯されており、男の意の儘になっています。彼女も彼女で主人公の前で処女を喪失してしまい、それ以降は男の玩具として犯されていきます。
主人公にとって救いのない残酷なストーリーですが、大事な彼女と妹が寝取られるのが好きな方にはお勧めです。
