はじめは、甘い純愛ハッピーエンド・ストーリー。が、その後には一転して辛口が用意された物語。各所にちりばめられた工夫により、単純な繰り返しプレイにならずに済みます。
　話の設定的には『M.C.』『M.C.-duet-』などの続編となりますが、あくまでも設定上だけでストーリーは独立した物語です。
　主人公が知らず知らずの内に堕ちていく姿が楽しめる、ちょっと変わった物語と言えるでしょう。
　「催眠」に関する薀蓄が、ただ薀蓄にの披露だけではないところも○。
