腕っぷしが強い不良が女になったら……彼を恨む者たちにどんな目に遭わされるかは言うまでもない。いきなりのきっつい一撃から、苦痛と快楽の調教が延々と続くかと思いきや、後半でちょっと意外な展開に。

「マゾ娼婦」シリーズの中では唯一、笑いの要素が顔を出す(雰囲気を壊し実用性を損なうようなものでは全くない)。また、元が美少年なので改造後の変化がそれほど極端ではない。女体化、SMなどを敬遠しがちな方にも入りやすいのでは。
