夜勤病棟のヒロインの一人、児玉ひかるにスポットを当てたサイドストーリー的なお話です。
その他のヒロインは、恋が少し出てくるだけです。自宅では恋、職場ではひかるを責める感じです。
ひかるを妹のあいの病室で責め、それを夢うつつで見たあいがセックスに興味を持って自らを慰めてしまう展開です。
スカトロも健在で、ハチミツとヨーグルトを浣腸して腹の中で混ぜ合わせた上で噴出、それを本人に○ませてしまうシーンが秀逸です。
