タイトルに負けないぐらいヤリたいほうだいエッチしている作品。
高額納税者は絶大な権力を得て、いつでも誰でも犯せるちゃうカードが所持できる世界という設定も面白い。
低所得者が拾ったカードでファーストフード店員を犯したり、昔フラれた女性を寝取りエッチしたりとシチュエーションが幅広い。
主人公の鬼畜っぷりも結末も相応の仕打ちもあって面白かった。
