「女肉林」のその後の作品になっており、楓の娘である紅葉が同じ境遇のくのいち桃華・藤と共に自分達が育てられた里の真実を知るために肉林に足を踏み入れる。
　今回はカッパの妖魔に責められた揚句、肉林の管理者に見つかり投獄されるが、触手に責められながら忍術で応戦など前作に見られない展開があり、面白い。
また、この間の話が見れるおまけもあり、そちらはボテ腹となった楓がアヘ顔を晒すシーンが見られる。
