タイトルに「ぱいずり」と入っているだけあって、巨乳率が非常に高い。
コーチの皐月先生のチアリーディングの特訓と称してのパイズリと、応援団部長で姉の高柳侑子の用意した搾乳薬を使って搾乳をしていくというのが主な流れとなっている。
ほとんどのHシーンでパイズリか搾乳が行われるので、オッパイ好きにはかなりイイ。
また、後半に入ると本番Hも多くなるので、偏ったバランスになっていない作品となっている。
