真面目な学園内で影薄な風紀委員の寮の改装の予算確保の為、奮闘する学園ラブコメ作品。
ヒロインは幼馴染、後輩、天然娘、理系少女、担任兼寮母と幅が広くそれでいて可愛く、そしてエロい。
トイレた風呂場の鍵がないのでお約束的なイベントが楽しめる。
基本イベント選択式なのでサクサク進めるのも良かった。
