お話としてはよくある「地味に見えた子が、きちんと身なりを整えると美少女だった」という展開を内包した、兄妹ラブラブものです。
妹ちゃんのちょっとテンポがずれた会話が何を表しているかはオチを見て頂くとして、アーセナル先生らしい「包茎剥き」と、可愛らしくもエッチなヒロインが堪能できます。
