優秀だけど真面目すぎて硬い感じの新入社員が、
先輩社員によって2ページ目で即オチします。

新入社員と同じく先輩社員にオチた女性社員が中盤から
登場し、人間関係的な意味で女性同士の絡みがあります。

先輩社員が新入社員の顔を平然と平手打ちする展開があり、
女性は弄ばさられてるだけなので好みは分かれると思います。
