最初に薬の力を使いながらも、ミヤビちゃんが自ら肉便器志願するのですが、そこがグッときます。
大体の「堕とす」作品が堕ちた後をおまけ程度に入れる中、堕ちた後に比重を置いてるのはいいですね。

兄が妹大好きのキモ男なのに、途中鬼畜な放置プレイを挟んだところが憎たらしいです。(褒め言葉)
