前作のショタテロリストが～の作品と似たようなタイトルとなっていますが、話の繋がりは特になく、この作品単体で楽しめます。
前作では、ショタっ子の心を折って良くプレイがメインでしたが、今作では、主に装置を使った催眠や洗脳、特殊な体勢での拘束がメインの作品となっていますので、私的には前作よりも作品の濃さが増したような感じがしました。
