催眠の要素は少なく、癒しの効果が強いと感じました。

お姉さんが終始優しく語りかけてくれるので、
安心して聞いていられます。
催眠によくあるM向けな要素もありません。
本当に癒し系、安眠誘導系です。

私は安眠誘導のところで連続3回寝ました。
それほど落ち着いて聞いていられたということでしょう。

お話のテーマがお酒ということで、
20歳以上、それもお酒の種類に詳しい人だと、
より内容を楽しめると思います。
