耳かきパートは好きな方にはたまらないと思いますし、安眠パートは暗示のイメージがしやすく催眠にかかりやすいです。
読み手さんの語り口がとても優しく安心できる感じなので身を任せるように楽しめます。
少しアダルティーな表現もあるので、人によってはドキドキしてリラックスどころではなくなってしまうかもしれません(笑)
その日の気分によって色々なパターンの聞き方ができるのも良い所です。
