謎の病気に掛かった妹の治療の為に薬を服用させてエッチという展開が、遊びや悪意の催眠系とは違う雰囲気があります。
前作と前々作の主人公や登場人物が絡んできますがプレイしていなくても問題無く楽しめます。前作と前々作をプレイしているとより深く楽しむ事が出来ます。
シリアスにお馬鹿な描写も織り込まれている作品です。

ストッキンング&破れストッキングを設定で変更出来るというストッキングフェチ垂涎の機能が盛り込まれています。
