ジャンルに性転換とあるのでちょっと不安もありましたが、ただのフタナリものです。
金髪ツインテールの少女アリスがふたなりに改造されて自慰に耽ったり、同い年のフタナリ少女を絡んだり、男性研究員に犯されたたりといった内容です。

サンプル絵にも有りますがアリスの肥大化した一物に、もう一人の少女が突っ込むといったマニアックなプレイも有り、フタナリ好きなら楽しめる内容だと思います。
