本作はFDなので、前作の5ヒロインのアフターストーリが楽しめます。
5つ共主人公やヒロインの立ち位置がそれぞれ異なっているため、マンネリ化しないのが良いですね。

また、主人公の過去編である「カプリスの繭」では、前作で十分描かれなかった設定が深く掘り下げられ、続きを大きく期待させる作りになっています。

「グリザイアの果実」を気に入った人なら、続編も合わせて買うのが良いでしょう。
