初めての方でも不安を取り除いてから楽しめる、そんな1時間です。
最初に講座のような、ギモンに答えるパートがあって、ちゃんと理解したうえで催眠に入っていくことができます。
ちょっと展開があれ?ってなって、クスっと笑ってしまうところもあるけれど、催眠のパターンに入るとゆったりした気持ちで聞けて、癒されます。
あと、声優さんの声も好きだ☆　だからオススメですっ。
