前回のNTRエンドの続きです。
主人公は同じで前回のヒロインとそのヒロインを寝取った医師はおらず、
新しく幼馴染の「夢」がヒロインとして登場します。

個人的な感想として、前回のヒロインが夫との性生活に満足できず、
セックスの指導の為にと自ら体を差し出した和姦色の強いものとは違い、
今回は脅迫され仕方なく体を差し出すということから、
前回と比べるとかなり寝取られ感が増したと思いました。

絵は流石のむとうけいじ先生。
表情もすごくエロく描かれています。
