タイトルにスペシャルとついているだけあって盛り沢山。
能力による性転換だけでなく、強制射精や、キャラの半数をフタナリ化して乱交させるといったプレイもあります。
シリーズを通して、「理不尽な能力を手に入れた主人公が、相手の体を好き勝手に弄ぶ」という内容ですが、
今回は特に濃いシチュエーションだったと思います。

TS好きなら十分に楽しめる作品です。
