「調教」といってもそんなにハードなことをするわけでもないのでそういった内容が苦手な人にもお勧めです。
年上のお姉さんに癒され、罵られ、命令されて、気持ちよくなりたい人にお勧め。
紅月ことねさんの演じるお姉さんのキャラクターも内容とピッタリはまっていました

絶頂パートはセルフ有り無しと二つあり、添付されている説明文によると両方とも聞くことを推奨されていますが、
どちらか好きな方だけ聴いても楽しめると思います。
