個人的には耳かきの音や、耳かきされているのとは逆から聞こえてくる音の存在がリアルで、この作品の素晴らしい要素の一つだと思います。
スピンオフということですが、前作・前々作を聞いていなくても充分に楽しめるでしょう。
とはいえ、前の作品を聞いているといろいろ想像が広がり、より一層楽しめるのも確かです。
エロもあるし、耳かきもあっていろいろと楽しめた作品ですので、おすすめです。
