色々な催眠系作品を試した中でもこの作品はかなり優秀な部類に入ると思います。
特に個人的には導入部分が一番入りやすかったです。同時にある程度の慣れも必要ですので、あまり購入前から期待し過ぎると変に興奮してリラックスしづらくなるので注意が必要です。

あとは以外に装着するイヤホン選びも重要だったりします。
