元々はゲーム本編の予約特典だったパッチディスクです。内容は各ヒロインルートをクリアした後にアフターストーリーが見られます。
ただ、予約特典だったため、入手困難かつプレミア価格のせいで非常に手の出しづらい商品でした。

ですので、とてもお買い得な価格で入手することができました。
また、内容もとても楽しめるので本編を購入した方にはおすすめします。
