夢の中で自由に動けるという明晰夢を見るための作品です。
他の催眠音声では聞いている途中で眠ってしまって効果がわからなかったということが多々あると思いますが、
この作品では明晰夢がテーマなのでそういう時に寝てしまっても大丈夫です。

あまり見かけないような催眠なので実際に明晰夢を見るには少し訓練が必要かもしれません。
