主人公の下宿先の管理人さんとイチャイチャするゲーム。

最初はただ憧れて、見つめたり、会話したりするだけの間柄だったが、ふとしたきっかけで深い関係になる。

寝取りものかと思いきや、旦那さんの所行を考えるとそうでもないかな?とも思えるので、抵抗のある人でもあまり嫌悪感は覚えないかと。

絵がとても好みで、満足出来る仕上がりになってました。
